1. Furnace shell
The furnace shell is made of welded steel to form a frame structure of the furnace body skeleton. The steel plate is fixed with channel steel inside, and a 100mm thick high aluminum fiber blanket is added around the furnace body.
The side walls of the furnace shell are arranged with corresponding burner seat holes, and pressure adjustment pipeline seat holes and temperature measurement thermocouple hole seats are opened behind the furnace. The connection between the burner and the furnace body is poured with external refractory cement to ensure no gunfire. The furnace door frame in contact with the furnace door on the top and both sides of the furnace shell is made of high-temperature steel plates. To prevent thermal deformation, it is connected by block joints.
2. Furnace lining
The furnace lining adopts national standard high alumina refractory bricks with a unit weight of 2200kg/m ³ Composite structure of fiber prefabricated modules. This structure has the minimum thermal conductivity, which is beneficial for the insulation of the furnace lining; High alumina refractory bricks are used as the refractory layer in the high-temperature section of the furnace lining. The high alumina refractory bricks are perpendicular to the heating surface, and have small shrinkage (less than 4%) under high temperature conditions. They have good resistance to high temperature and airflow erosion. Therefore, this method has been widely used in similar furnace types and achieved good results. The furnace lining has good airtightness, is easy to maintain, and has a long service life; The furnace top is poured with high-temperature refractory cement.
